RECRUITMENT FOR THE POSITION OF CHAIRMAN ACCOUNTANT

JOY REAP METAL VIETNAM is recruiting for the position of Chief Accountant in Ho Chi Minh office – Q1
At least 7 years of experience in accounting (tax, payment, …)
Salary: Negotiable

JOB DESCRIPTION

Check and balance invoices and accounting documents into the software warehouse.
– Keep track of accounts receivable (AR) & payable (AP) and debt reconciliation, confirm debt Make payments and collect public debt.
– Prepare tax reports, financial statements, work with tax authorities & banks. – Prepare payroll and make records related to social insurance… ..
– Maintain accounting documents.
– Export invoices, enter invoice data into the software, send invoices via email to customers.
– Calculating the cost of imported and exported goods.
– Planning salary and deductions
– Monthly, quarterly and annual tax declaration – Tax finalization according to the prescribed period.
– Coordinating, reporting and explaining with state agencies (tax, inspection, statistics…) or functional agencies of related partners (lending banks, auditors…);
– Guide the accounting policies / regimes, perform audits and control the financial statements of subsidiaries / affiliates

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 7 years of experience as an ACCOUNTANT or equivalent position;
Hardworking, enthusiastic about work, good health; Proficient in using office software (word, excel, etc.);
Fluent in English or Chinese is an advantage.
Knowledge of documents and import-export is an advantage
