Have at least 3-5 years of experience in documents, import and export

JOB DESCRIPTION

Redefining Purchase Orders as Sales Requirments
Find the best quality equipment, goods and services and buy at the most competitive prices
Track import and export documents, quantity and delivery progress, write import orders
Check purchased products upon delivery and report any underlying problems promptly
complaints and claims in case of product quality problems
Generate purchase reports and perform cost analysis
Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
Data Management – ​​Maintain up-to-date records of purchased products, shipping information
Coordinate with Mill if required
Attend and contribute to meetings with employees and other stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 3-5 years of experience as a Procurement Officer or equivalent position;
Hardworking, enthusiastic about work, good health; Proficient in using office software (word, excel, etc.);
Fluent in English or Chinese is an advantage.
Knowledge of steel, stainless steel, etc. products is an advantage
