JOY REAP METAL VIETNAM is recruiting for the position of Human Resources Manager in Ho Chi Minh office – District 1
At least 5 years of experience in HR
Knowledge of HR duties and proven experience as an HR officer, administrator or other HR roles (salary and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.)
Knowledge of disciplinary procedures (Policies) and labor laws
Excellent planning and time management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution between HR and the business in conflicts, disputes, etc.
Performance management (performance assessment for all employees)
Consult with the management team and provide HR guidance where appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with Management to develop solutions, programs and policies. And develop a good culture in the company
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reduce legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department when needed/required.
Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity and employee retention.
Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Identify training needs for business units and individual executive training needs.
Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Follow up to ensure training goals are met.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
5+ years of human resource management experience
At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager in a similar position;
Hardworking, enthusiastic about work, good health; Proficient in using office software (word, excel, etc.);
Fluent in English or Chinese is an advantage.
Knowledge of HR roles (salary and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.)
Performance-based annual bonus
